Q. Do I have to complete the electronic game to find out if my ticket is a winner?
A. No. The electronic game adds value to the traditional scratch & win experience by adding sound and motion to the game, but it’s not necessary to complete the game to know if you’ve won a prize. The prize outcome is predetermined and coded into the lottery ticket. To find out if your ticket is a winner, you may: scan the lottery prize barcode under latex using the Lotto Spot! App on your smartphone, or scan the lottery prize barcode under latex using a self-ticket‐checker at a WCLC Lottery Retailer, or validate your lottery ticket for prizes by a WCLC Lottery Retailer.
Q. Why do I not get a prize result indicated when I scan my ticket at a Retailer or use the Lotto Spot! App?
A. You must scan the rectangular lottery pdf barcode under latex that is contained in the main play area of your ticket to find out if your ticket is a winner using the self‐ticket‐checker or Lotto Spot! App. Do not scan the square QR game code with a self‐ticket-checker or Lotto Spot! App.
Q. What will a winning ticket display in this game?
A. When the electronic game play starts it will display a prize winning message for a winning ticket.
Q. How do I social share my holiday photo?
A. Social share your holiday picture by pressing the SHARE button on the camera screen to activate the DOWNLOAD screen. You must download your photo to your electronic device. Select your social share choice from the four platforms by pressing that platform’s SHARE button. The social share platform will open on your device. You must be registered for and logged into your chosen social share platform. Upload your holiday picture from your device to your social share post.
